Here's the Sirius chip info that I found that works 100% on my prototype.

RP1: 10k Bussed
U5: 270 ohm Isolated (same as U6)
U6: 270 ohm Isolated (same as U5)
U7: 74F139 (same a U8)
U8: 74F139 (same a U87
U9: 74HCT245
U10: 74F02
U11: 74F32
U12: 74LS375
U13: 33 ohm Isolated
U14: 74F04 (same a U15)
U15: 74F04 (same a U14)
